Shipping policy
Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Sasquatch Camera. To ensure the highest quality of craftsmanship, our camera bodies are released in limited monthly batches. These units are pre-built and ready to ship.
1. Processing Time & Monthly Drops

Ready-to-Ship: All in-stock cameras are pre-assembled and ready for dispatch. We typically process and ship orders within 2–3 business days.

Monthly Batch System: Cameras are released on the 1st of every month. Once the current month’s inventory is exhausted, the camera will remain out of stock until the next scheduled restock date.

Shipping Schedule: Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

If there is a significant delay in the production of your order, we will contact you immediately via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. All orders are fulfilled from our location in Carson, California.
Full Shipping Insurance: For your peace of mind, every order is shipped with full insurance coverage. The cost of this insurance is already included in the shipping fees calculated at checkout, ensuring your investment is protected from transit-related incidents.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

- Estimated Transit Time: 2–5 business days after the initial 2-3 day processing period.
International Shipping
We ship to over 25 countries (including Australia, Austria, UAE, and more) via DHL Express and USPS International.

Estimated Transit Time: Generally 1–3 weeks depending on the destination country.
3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
The Sasquatch Camera is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
5. Damages
The Sasquatch Camera is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
