Some customers may purchase a lens with a shutter mechanism that does not fit into the 3 provided lens mounting boards.

When you place an order for a custom size board for your lens, you will receive a total of (3) lens mounting boards: your specified size plus two additional boards in ±0.5mm increments.

(e.g., if you order 35mm, you get 34.5mm, 35mm, and 35.5mm) to ensure a flawless fit.

To ensures a perfect fit for your custom mounting board, please follow these steps to measure your lens's retaining ring:

Remove the Retaining Ring: Carefully unscrew and remove the retaining ring from the rear of your lens assembly.
Measure the Outer Diameter: Using a precise ruler or caliper, measure the outer diameter of the retaining ring's threads (as shown in the reference image).
Enter the Size: Let us know the final measurement in the field above, ensuring you include measurements in millimeters (mm).

Returns:

Standard products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in original condition, and includes all original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom Lens Mounting Boards are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded, as they are produced specifically for each customer order.

All returns are inspected once received. Refunds (excluding original shipping costs) are issued after inspection, and partial refunds may apply if the return does not meet the stated conditions.
