Sasquatch 617 is built from a combination of a 304 stainless steel frame and precision 3D-printed PC and PETG components.
The stainless steel frame is manually sanded/polished, giving each camera its own unique finish. Because of this hands-on finishing process, you may notice fine scratches or slight variations in the brushed texture, including differences in grain direction or pattern compared to product photos.
The 3D-printed components are individually inspected, and only the components that meet our quality standards are selected for assembly. That said, due to the nature of 3D printing, visible layer lines and micro scratches or impressions may be present but do not affect the durability or functionality of the camera.

The camera is designed with tight tolerances and interlocking internal structures to block any unwanted light. We've thoroughly tested the Sasquatch 617 in multiple environments and refined the mechanical fit throughout development. The production units will also go through several rounds of quality checks to ensure consistent light-sealing performance.
